PTO HOLIDAY SHOPPE
PTO will be running a Holiday Shoppe for the k-6 students December 9-11.
Next week, December 9-11, the Oakland Craig PTO will be holding a Holiday Shoppe for the students. This is a shop that will be set up in the elementary school where students can do their own gift shopping for family and friends. The store will be open from 8-8:20am and 3:30-4:00pm each of the three days. Each class will also have their own time scheduled on Tuesday and Wednesday during the school day to come shop. Each class will have 30 minutes to shop and we will have parent helpers at the store ready to help you if you need it.
There will be lots of wonderful gifts to choose from, all at low prices that students can afford, everything is under $15. There will be many gifts for moms, dads, sisters, brothers, grandmas, and grandpas to make it easy to find a gift for everyone on your list. You will be able to take your gifts with you from the store. Colorful gift bags will help you keep your gifts secret once you get them home.
We are also looking for volunteers to help the kids shop. If you are interested in helping please call the elementary school and leave a message for Alison.

OAKLAND-CRAIG NEWSLETTER NOW ONLINE
This note is to inform you of a change that we are making in the delivery of the bi-monthly school newsletter. New postal regulations and the costs associated with them has made mailing newsletters more labor intensive and more costly. As of the February/March newsletter we will no longer be mailing school newsletters to every household. Instead, we will have a link to the newsletter on the school website (http://web.ocknights.org). However, for those of you who would still like a hard copy, copies may be picked up at either school office. You can pick them up or we would gladly send one home with your child. If you want one sent with your child, either have them come to the office and ask or send a note to the secretaries by paper, email or phone call asking to send one home with your child. We want to continue to communicate with the community about all the good things going on in our schools and want to encourage all patrons to keep informed about the schools. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
